Developing Young Athletes with
Skill,Confidence, and Fun
At Resonance Volleyball Academy, our Junior Sessions are designed specifically for young athletes who are just starting their volleyball journey or looking to strengthen their foundational skills. These sessions combine technical training, physical development, and game understanding in a supportive, age-appropriate environment.
Build fundamental skills:
Passing, serving, setting, hitting, and footwork taught through fun, progressive drills.

Develop teamwork and communication:
Volleyball is a team sport, and our sessions focus on building cooperation, court awareness, and positive sportsmanship.
Age-appropriate conditioning, agility, and coordination exercises help young athletes grow stronger and more confident.
Improve physical fitness:

Gain confidence and love for the game: Through encouragement, achievement, and measurable progress, kids learn to enjoy volleyball while developing lifelong skills.
Led by Head Coach Felipe and the Resonance team, our Junior Sessions bring the same high-quality coaching methods used in our advanced programs, adapted to the needs of younger athletes. With structured sessions, clear goals, and consistent feedback, every child has the opportunity to improve, stay engaged, and thrive on the court.
Whether your child is trying volleyball for the first time or is ready to take their skills to the next level, Resonance Junior Sessions provide a safe, fun, and professional environment where they can grow as athletes and as people.
How to join our Training Sessions
Participation in the Resonance Training Session is organised exclusively through intakes. Athletes enrol for the full intake and are responsible for the full fee. While attendance at all sessions is encouraged to get the most out of the program, participants are not penalised for missing individual sessions. Please note that there are no make-up sessions for classes missed by the participant. In the event that a session is cancelled by the Academy, a replacement session will be scheduled. The academy runs four intakes per year.
Selection is based on availability of places within each level. Athletes are offered spots only when a vacancy exists in the level that matches their current ability.
Step-by-Step Selection Process
The first step to join any intake is submitting an Expression of Interest (EOI) via the link bellow or through the Documentation section of our website. EOIs allow us to track interest, assess availability within each level, and manage waiting lists.
For Levels 2, 3, 4, 5 and the Performance Group, selection may also depend on positional balance; for example, we cannot accept multiple athletes in the same playing position within the same intake.
Training Sessions Level 1 and Under 15 do not depend on position.
When places become available, athletes are contacted in the order their Expression of Interest was submitted, with priority given to currently enrolled athletes.
Offer, Confirmation, and Payment
If selected, athletes will be contacted with more information.
Places are confirmed on a first-payment-received basis. If payment is not received, the spot will be offered to the next athlete on the waiting list.
Required Documentation
Once a place is offered, athletes must complete the Medical History Form, Physical Activity History Form and Code of Conduct and Terms, also Parental Consent Form (for underage athletes).
Uniform is mandatory during training sessions. Athletes must select their uniform size according to the size chart available in the Uniforms section.
Completion of these documents and selection of the uniform are required to finalise enrolment.
